When will the Yaakubu app be available?+
The Yaakubu app is coming soon to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Join our launch list to be among the first students notified.
How do students get the 20% discount?+
Select your campus, department and level during sign-up and complete student verification. Eligible students receive 20% off every Yaakubu delivery.
Is the student discount different from the referral reward?+
Yes. The 20% student discount applies to eligible student deliveries. Referral rewards are separate promotional benefits earned when a friend joins and completes their first delivery.
What can Yaakubu deliver?+
Yaakubu delivers food, packages and documents. We connect you to trusted in-house riders; Yaakubu itself is not a food vendor.
Which campuses will Yaakubu serve?+
Yaakubu is being built for the University of Ghana, UPSA, GIMPA and Wisconsin International University College, with campus availability communicated as each location launches.
Will drone delivery be available at launch?+
Not yet. Drone delivery is an upcoming Yaakubu innovation and will be introduced only after operational, safety and regulatory requirements are completed.

Yes. The app is designed to let you follow your rider and delivery status in real time from pickup to completion.
